Love This Course!

Stephanie Jansen

This has been an incredible learning opportunity. Not just on how to dry needle, but why dry needling can be used. Can not recommend it enough!

Our Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Human Performance Courses have been put together with one goal in mind:

To help YOU bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance, and empower your patients to live a robust active life.

Everyday, more and more chiropractors, physical therapists, and healthcare providers, like you, come across a patient who has tried it all --  physical therapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture, medications and other therapies -- with no avail.

You want to help, but you feel limited by your knowledge on injuries, pathology, rehabilitation, programming, exercise selection, etc.

You go to Google and search for "rehabilitation program for [insert pathology/injury]."  Google comes up with various shell programs that seem to be pretty good.

"This will work." You tell yourself.

You start them on one.  Everything is going smooth for a couple of days, maybe even weeks.  Then, your patient hits a wall.

You realize you don't know how to progress them. Worse... you don't how to regress them when a flareup occurs. You don't know what exercises to choose, how many sets, how many reps.  You don't know if you should adjust them, dry needle them or use some other manual therapy.   You go back to Google only to find hundreds of differing opinions on how to proceed... now you are overwhelmed.

You start to doubt yourself.

Worst... your patient starts to doubt you.

NO MORE!

Our Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Human Performance courses are built to help you understand, master and integrate the principles of manual therapy, dry needling, strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation to various orthopedic and sports related injuries and pathologies.

From what exercises to choose for John, a CrossFit athlete with anterior shoulder pain, to which manual therapy paired with a specific exercises for Susy, a mother of three with chronic low back pain after her morning spin class.

You'll learn it all from the foundation, to the progressions, regressions and periodization.

Inside our courses you'll learn how to develop a program that is tailored to meet the needs of your patients and more.

You will learn how to combine strength and conditioning principles with pain management techniques like Spinal Manipulation, Dry Needling and IASTM,  and rehabilitation techniques like DNS, and MDT.

You'll learn the principles of how to develop an effective treatment plan for your patients, improve their outcomes and help them become more robust and confident in their physical abilities.

Upon completion of these courses, you will be more comfortable diagnosing, assessing and developing tailored treatment programs for your patients, while empowering to live an active life with confidence and strength.  All based on principles, not just tools.
