Not Just A Newsletter. A Case, Worked End to End.

Roughly 5,000 words per issue — the way a senior clinician walks you through a hard case over coffee, not the way a journal buries them in an abstract.

------------------------------------------

The presentation, unfolding in real time

The history, the red flags, the moment the obvious answer stops being obvious.

The differential that separates the look-alikes

Exact test names. Sensitivity and specificity. The screening step most clinicians skip, and why it changes the plan.

The protocol, phase by phase.

Progressive loading, manual therapy, dry needling where indicated, return-to-sport criteria. Built to use Monday.

The evidence, distilled.

Current literature translated into clinical decisions. No abstract-dumping. Only what changes how you work.

Every Issue Ends the Same Way: With Proof You Read It.

Anatomy of an Issue

  • The Case

A real presentation, told as a detective story. Suspense built in, diagnosis earned.

  • The Workup

The orthopedic tests, the data behind them, and the decision framework that ties them together. A phased treatment plan, with load parameters, dosing and progressions.

  • The Credit

A 10-question assessment that converts a great read into a documented credential.

Questions Clinicians Ask

Before You Enroll.

  • Is the CE credit accredited?

Yes — issues carry PACE-approved continuing education credit. Confirm the specific professions and states approved for your license before enrolling, listed on the enrollment page.

  • Who can claim the credit?

The Clinical Coach is written for chiropractors and physical therapists, with relevance for athletic trainers and rehab professionals. Credit eligibility follows your governing board's recognition of PACE-approved hours.

  • How is it delivered?

Two issues a month, alternating Core and Sports-Specific topics, sent to your inbox and posted to the member portal. The assessment and certificate live in the same place.

  • What if I can't attend the live sessions?

Every monthly lecture is recorded and added to your archive the same day — you never lose the content or the credit. The quarterly Clinical Mastery Call is best experienced live, since that's where your cases get worked, but it's recorded too.

  • What topics are covered?

Sports medicine, manual therapy, and MSK rehabilitation — differential diagnosis, orthopedic assessment, dry needling, and progressive loading, all anchored to real cases.

  • Can I cancel?

Anytime. Monthly members stop at the end of the cycle. Annual founding members hold their rate for as long as they stay enrolled. See our CRTE Policy
